Shipping policy

All Purchases:

As of 05/28/2026:
No new international (Non-US orders) will be accepted. Due to the evolving shipping, customs, and fuel cost climate we are unable to guarantee shipping costs without major customs delays. We direct our international customers to our Ebay, Whatnot, and mail forwarding services if they wish to receive new orders. Existing international orders will generally be fulfilled.

Buyers must be willing to make a reasonable effort to locate or coordinate the delivery of their packages in the event of delivery disruption or missing mail.

Any forwarding or return to sender fees incurred will not be reimbursed or credited to your subscription, order, or original charge.

Packages that are returned or refused will be considered abandoned after they have returned to us for 14 days. Failure to take action for redelivery and remit payment for redelivery  of any package within 14 days will cancel the outstanding package minus the return shipping fee and any additional applicable abandoned packages fees up to $15. Initial shipping costs will also not be refunded. Buyers must work with mail carriers and are subject to their timelines in the event of delay or missing mail. 

We may require a signature for the delivery of orders above $200.

If a package is showing as delivered but is not at the customer's location of delivery, they must make reasonable effort to locate the package.

Most missing packages can be found by simply leaving a note in the mailbox for your mail delivery person to double check for it, or by contacting your neighbors/Mail Room. Missing packages are subject to the mail carrier's timeline to locate missing packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages showing as delivered are at the loss and responsibility of the buyer.

Geek Street Productions will not replace missing packages until evidence of this effort and the appropriate time to search for missing packages has passed. This potential replacement is at the discretion, courtesy, and availability of inventory of Geek Street Productions. We reserve the right to trust the tracking information of the carrier when it is showing delivered to the address provided to us by the buyer.

In-stock items have a typical handling time of 1-3 business days. Address change requests should be sent immediately for purchases made with inaccurate address information but cannot be guaranteed as we do perform same day shipping on many of our items. 

Preordered Items:

Orders with items that are preordered must keep up to date address information through our email or submission form before the Preordered item is expected to ship or any other noted deadlines. Social media address changes will not be honored due to fraud risk, instead, buyers must do so using their provided email address/customer information. It is up to the customer to provide us with accurate address information at the time of purchase and to update us in a timely manner should it change.

All sales are final and cancellations after acceptance are generally not accepted.

International:

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to coordinate and pay any additional or initial import duties/fees/taxes for any package. Buyers using a delivery address outside of the US assume the risk that international mail can be severely delayed during global events and inclement weather and assume all extended responsibility, loss, and delay of items. It is up to the buyer to understand the import laws within their delivery country in regards to eligible goods and potential delays.

Internationally shipped packages that are returned or refused are subject to return shipping costs and import fees at the expense of the buyer except in the case of damage to shipment. 

International orders with shipments that are damaged must open a damage ticket with support@comictom101.com within 14 days of receipt of the item. Timely and prompt response within 1-3 business days is expected. Abandoning and non response to an open damage ticket for 7 days will expire the request. A new request must then be made within the 14 day window if applicable.

We make every effort possible to carefully pack and secure international packages including double boxing, extra padding, and stronger packaging for international packages.

Mystery Mail Call Subscribers: 

You must provide us and keep us up to date with accurate contact and payment information, including name, shipping address, and credit or debit card number. We save your payment information for ease of future shipments and charges. All such personal information is subject to the Privacy Policy . You are responsible for any fees or charges your issuing bank or credit card provider may charge you. If your payment to us is returned for any reason, we may bill your account again directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement. Any account and address changes made after the 15th of each month should not be expected to reflect on the subscription until the following shipping period. 

Subscription pricing requires a 2 month minimum commitment. 

Address changes need to be requested by submitting an address change request form or by emailing us directly at support@comictom101.com by the 15th of that month to ensure they are correctly reflected on your shipment. Our shipping service does not cover any cost associated with  the forwarding of mail to an updated address. Any forwarding fees incurred will not be reimbursed or credited to your subscription or original charge.
