Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Mystery Mail Call subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it prior to your next charge to avoid
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there or email us at support@comictom101.com to request a cancellation. Subscription pricing requires a profile age of 2 months minimum before a cancellation can take effect

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect payment at checkout to reserve your item.
All sales are final. All sales are final and cancellations after acceptance are generally not accepted. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. Pre-ordered items can be subject to delays in publishing release dates or distribution delays.
Subscribers and purchasers of pre-ordered items must provide us and keep us up to date with accurate contact and payment information, including name, shipping address, and credit or debit card number. We save your payment information for ease of future shipments and charges. All such personal information is subject to the Privacy Policy . You are responsible for any fees or charges your issuing bank or credit card provider may charge you. If your payment to us is returned for any reason, we may bill your account again directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement. Any account and address changes made after the 15th of each month should not be expected to reflect on the subscription until the following shipping period.
Address changes need to be requested by submitting an address change request form or by emailing us directly at support@comictom101.com by the 15th of that month to ensure they are correctly reflected on your shipment. Our shipping service does not cover any cost associated with the forwarding of mail to an updated address. Any forwarding fees incurred will not be reimbursed or credited to your subscription or original charge.
Packages that are returned or refused will be considered abandoned after they have returned to us for 14 days. Failure to take action for redelivery and remit payment for redelivery of any package within 14 days will cancel the outstanding package minus up to a $15 abandoned package as well as any return shipping fees. Initial shipping costs will also not be refunded. Buyers must work with mail carriers and are subject to their timelines in the event of delay or missing mail.
