Please review your order carefully before submitting, as ComicTom101 may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

All items are considered final sale and are generally not accepted for cancellation after acceptance. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges. Discount codes do not combine. Free shipping promotions apply to the total product after any discounts have been applied. Shipping and tax costs do not qualify for any discounts or coupons.

We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Monthly boxes for Geek Street Productions LLC subscriptions and other subscription boxes offered from time to time are shipped to your address at the address you provided. You may receive emails regarding your account or promotions for special offers, including third party offers. You can cancel your membership anytime without charge by contacting Customer Support. Please refer to the Help Center for further details.

Billing and Payments

By starting your Geek Street Productions Monthly Mail Call subscription (MMC) and providing or designating a payment method, you authorize us to charge you on a recurring monthly subscription fee at the then current rate. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our subscriptions in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Service, any price changes to your subscription will take effect following email notice to you.

For all purchases and Mail Call Subscriptions:

In-stock non-MMC subscription items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Address change requests should be sent immediately for purchases made with inaccurate address information but cannot be guaranteed as we do perform same day shipping on many of our items. Items that are Pre-Ordered must provided accurate address information or update the address through our email or submission form before the Pre-Ordered item is expected to ship. Social media address changes will not be honored due to fraud risk, instead, buyers must do so using their provided email address/customer information.

You must provide us and keep us up to date with accurate contact and payment information, including name, shipping address, and credit or debit card number. We save your payment information for ease of future shipments and charges. All such personal information is subject to the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for any fees or charges your issuing bank or credit card provider may charge you. If your payment to us is returned for any reason, we may bill your account again directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement. Any account changes made after the 15th of each month should not be expected to reflect on the subscription until the following shipping period.

In an effort to get Mail Calls to our subscribers as soon as possible, we begin processing shipments prior to the actual shipping date. As a result, address changes need to be requested via the address change submission form or by emailing us directly at support@comictom101.com by the 15th of that month to ensure they are correctly reflected on your shipment. Our shipping service does not cover any cost associated with  the forwarding of mail to an updated address. Any forwarding fees incurred will not be reimbursed or credited to your subscription or original charge. Packages that are returned or refused will be considered abandoned after they have returned to Geek Street Productions for 14 days. Failure to take action for redelivery and remit payment for redelivery  of any package (Monthly Mail Call or any Comictom101.com Store purchase) will cancel the outstanding package minus up to a $15 return delivery fee.  Shipping costs will not be refunded on items that have been shipped.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTRACT

BY PURCHASING ANY SUBSCRIPTION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION HAS AN INITIAL AND RECURRING PAYMENT FEATURE AND YOU ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RECURRING CHARGES PRIOR TO CANCELLATION. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EXTENDED FOR SUCCESSIVE PERIODS, AT THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION RATE. All disputes and Monthly Mail Call complaints for active profiles must be submitted within 14 days of box shipment or before the shipment of your next month's box, whichever is sooner.

Subscription pricing requires a 2 month minimum membership.

CANCELATION POLICY

To cancel your subscription you may contact us to request cancelation via our online submission form or email us at support@comictom101.com. You can also log in to your PayPal (if applicable) and cancel within your profile or SEAL subscription log in to effect your own cancelation prior to any future charges to avoid further charges.

Requests to cancel made through any social media will not be acceptable due to the increased risk of fraud.

Subscribers with discounted subscription pricing have a 2 month minimum commitment before a cancelation can take effect.  You must request cancelation 2 business days prior to your next charge to avoid new charges. If there is a second month due before your cancelation request, your cancelation will take effect after your second charge has occurred.  Cancelations take effect for upcoming charges only, any outstanding charges will be used to ship outstanding boxes.  Subscribers may also request a profile cancelation directly through their PayPal profile or by contacting PayPal directly. 

Condition of secondary market books:

While the randomness of the Mail Call brings you an opportunity to receive unique finds, we understand some of the challenges this brings. We ask you to hold us accountable. If any Mail Call doesn't live up to your expectations, we welcome the opportunity to make it right. Don't hesitate to reach out; your feedback is appreciated and we will work to remedy any situation within our power. We try to do our best to make things right with you before implementing a return process.

Some comics are from the secondary comic market, the condition of a collectible from the Silver, Bronze, and Copper through Modern age cannot be guaranteed and may have imperfections and varying grades and conditions.

 

Returns

Damages and Return Policy

A picture must be taken with the damaged item next to the printed label and packaging it was shipped in to confirm receipt and that the damage is for your individual order.

You must initiate a damage request within 14 days of receipt or 30 days of shipment, whichever is sooner.

This is necessary to submit claims through insurance. Failure to do this can result in a lowered capacity for replacement and refunds.

Damage requests and notifications must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the item or 30 days of shipment, whichever is sooner. If you fail to respond in a timely manner to any questions we have regarding this damage, you may forfeit the opportunity for replacement/refund as we are subject to insurance timelines with our carriers.

We issue replacements whenever possible, but will issue refunds on damaged sold out items. We may ask that an item is returned or destroyed with evidence before we remit replacements or refunds. Destruction is only in the case of print count protection.

International customers should note that we are especially held to longer insurance timelines to replace and refund their items. Accommodations will be made whenever possible for replacements but cannot be guaranteed. Reaching out as soon as possible can aid in this as the delivery window on international orders is much longer and shortens our window to help.

Keep the packaging long enough to take any pictures that show 1) the label 2) any external damage to the package and 3) the item next to the label in the same picture. At least one image must contain both of those things in the same image. More images should be provided if multiple items are damaged. All raw books are pre-screened and circulated with the best conditions available, bagged and boarded. Printing outcomes can vary and we ensure presale buyers receive the best copies from any print run. Please note that we rely on industry standards for determining printing outcomes in regards to printing defects.  Customers can expect to receive raw comics at 9.4+ 

 

Returns:

All items on our site are considered final sale and returns are not accepted. All discounted, preordered items, CGC books, and original art orders are included in this description. Damaged items may be returned for replacement or refund. Contact us at support@comictom101.com for any questions regarding damaged products and refer to the above damage policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost or stolen packages showing as delivered are at the loss and responsibility of the buyer. If a package is showing as delivered but is not at the customers location of delivery, they must make reasonable effort to locate the package including contacting the mail carrier and notifying them of the package loss so that the carrier can make an effort to locate the package in the event of a lost package. Missing packages are subject to the mail carrier's timeline to locate missing packages.

Geek Street Productions will not replace missing packages until evidence of this effort and the appropriate time to search for missing packages has passed. This potential replacement is at the discretion, courtesy, and availability of inventory of Geek Street Productions. We reserve the right to trust the tracking information of the carrier when it is showing delivered to the address provided to us by the buyer.

 

Import Fees/Duties

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to coordinate import duties/fees/taxes for any package,

Shipping costs will not be refunded. It is up to the buyer to understand the import laws within their delivery country in regards to eligible goods and potential delays. Buyers using a delivery address outside of the US assume the risk that international mail can be severely delayed during global events and inclement weather and assume all responsibility, loss, and delay of items. Buyers must work with mail carriers and are subject to their timelines in the event of delay or missing mail. 

 

Risk of Publishing and Shipping Delay

In general, all sales from comictom101.com / comictom101.store are final. Preordered items where an order is made on your behalf cannot be cancelled or refunded including other items purchased with them. This includes CGC Preorders. Due to the nature of collectibles we are not able to accept cancelations or returns in most circumstances except in the case of damaged items. Preordered items are subject to delays by the publisher or in distribution. It is up to the customer to keep us informed with up to date mailing information in the event it changes before their item is to ship. Delays by the publisher or in distribution are common in the comic industry and do not qualify orders in general for cancelation or refund.
