You will be billed for your preordered items at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of collectibles, we cannot accept cancellations or price adjustments on preordered or drop items. Please review your order carefully before final checkout. All sales are final. The publisher or distributor may delay release and the item may be subject to changes in release date. Buyers must keep up to date shipping information and submit new address information if it changes before their item is released.

If you order has items with different release dates your order will not ship until all of your items are released. If you wish to receive in stock items immediately, please consider ordering them in a separate transaction. Requests to split orders after the fact are generally not able to be accommodated. 

Please note that preordered comics that are not yet released by publishing and are subject to title delays. Please refer to updated publishing dates from DC, Marvel, and all other publishers directly from their sources.

For CGC Books:

Grades on CGC Presale are subject to final grading from CGC. While rare, grading outcomes can be lower than 9.8. All books that fall under the Presale category for CGC grading lower than the advertised grading outcome will be offered options for cancellation or refund depending on this outcome. CGC books sold from stock (Not Presale) are guaranteed for the grade they are listed as. CGC books take an additional grading period after a books release date before they will be shipped, this is subject to CGC's active grading lead times.

We would typically expect an additional 4-8 weeks after a release date for the CGC preordered items to be graded and shipped although this can vary.

By preordering a CGC book, you will be consenting to potential delays and extensions in processing time that are dependent on CGC's grading volume and shipping capacity.
